Everything, you are expected fo work ridiculous long hours and never receive a thank you. If arrive 15 min in the morning, having worked until 11pm last night, you will be told off. If you are friends with the CEO you are probably ok but then you are probably acting with unacceptable behaviour towards other people. Micromanagement, unrealist targets, being yelled at, belittled and treated like an animal is not uncommon. It has been the worst time of my life. Unprofessional Lack of business structure
