Pros

• Depending on team relaxed working environment • "unlimited" time off • potential for work from home • work on well-recognized brands • good stepping stone for other opportunities

Cons

• Ongoing reorganization • Not a profitable business • 40+ product, design, engineering, and technology staff have left of their own accord in the last 2 years • Beyond people leaving on their own, last 2 years have included 2+ layoffs across the entire organization • No set process for teams • Does not follow an agile process • Technology product deadlines frequently set by businesspersons without technology feedback • No clear progress for career ladder • For promotions to clear can take 6+ months • Compensation is not competitive for the industry

Pros

You’re wealthy enough to be relaxed, but not wealthy enough to be careless.

Cons

Pros

Great to be in proximity to such amazing brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair and the New Yorker

Cons

Pay is absolutely criminal unless you're "bonus eligible." Another billion dollar company crying poverty. Also, absolutely zero possibility of advancement.
