Pros

It's situated in World Trade Center, hence the good view.

Cons

Massive layoffs in the past few years - 50% of engineers were laid off, zero job security and pay is low especially for women, people of color and LGBT people. Good for you if you're a white male and you'll get promoted quickly. A lot of engineering managers are not competent but got to where they are due to connections with the upper management and simply because they speak up often. If you speak up and upper management KNOWS you well, you'll easily get promoted and get a raise.

Pros

You’re wealthy enough to be relaxed, but not wealthy enough to be careless.

Cons

but NYC’s costs prevent true luxury unless income is much higher.

Pros

Great to be in proximity to such amazing brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair and the New Yorker

Cons

Pay is absolutely criminal unless you're "bonus eligible." Another billion dollar company crying poverty. Also, absolutely zero possibility of advancement.
