Pros

Good tech Wifi and mobile reimbursement Office location

Cons

Clueless higherups, teams have more non tech managers than tech people thus making all decisions impossibly complicated and long. HR departments are the worst. Says they'll give referral bonus and does not put anything on portal. Gives better hikes to achieving than exceeding rating, seems non intuitive. No answers available readily and has to get back to you which never comes back. Company has a high attrition rate on tech side and no one has a clue regarding the solution. Contractors get benifits such as work from home, hiring company bonuses and comp offs, while full time employees get penuts and work from office. Bonus and hikes are given on favouritism and DEI rather than merit. Does campus hiring and break from break hiring which seems to be exclusively to fill DEI quotas. Makes you book seats if you are coming to office and not enough seats for number of people they have hired. Worst work life balance for some people in the team. People who do good work gets more work and other people get hikes.

You’re wealthy enough to be relaxed, but not wealthy enough to be careless.

Cons

but NYC’s costs prevent true luxury unless income is much higher.

Pros

Great to be in proximity to such amazing brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair and the New Yorker

Cons

Pay is absolutely criminal unless you're "bonus eligible." Another billion dollar company crying poverty. Also, absolutely zero possibility of advancement.
