Team I worked on was small (~8), with a low meetings overhead, and great opportunities for broad experiences, rather than being siloed to a specific role.

Workplace environment leaves a bit to be desired, beyond a decent coffee machine, there wasn't a lot extra if that's something you care about at work.

Great place to learn general hands-on skills, work-life balance is good.

Few vacation days, pay is pretty low for senior engineering students.
