Pros
Devcon Security and Pinnacle Security were geared up to treat customers well but that never materialized so its good that they were acquired by ADT. They all treat customers the same...poorly.
Cons
Devcon Security and Pinnacle Security merged, but they called it a partnership...the merger was poorly handled and there were too many executives with disparate information all trying to be heard. There were 3 CEOs in as many weeks...and other industry leaders who were lured in to 'talk' quickly saw how bad it was and never looked back.
