Scheduling, rotas are done only a couple weeks in advance. For example, only got my rota for the end of March on the 4th March. It’s hard to make plans outside of work with so little notice. The manager is aware of this but nothing has changed. Work/life balance is quite hard here, especially when it feels wrong to even take a day off when you’re sick
