Pros

The company had very knowledgeable staff and good Managers… who have all now left the company. The product they sell is good but installation and after sales service is very bad… due to constant interference of the Director Marie Bolton who neither has the technical skills nor knowledge to deliver customer satisfaction. The managers do not have decision making powers at all and the director, she doesn’t let them do their job to the best of their ability…. constant interference. For these reasons, the company has a bad name in the market and has lost many big clients.

Cons

This company is so unethical they have started putting fake reviews to improve the rating of the owner/Director Marie Bolton. All the reviews posted by the company in the months of April to July are all fake... they are totally untrue. The Director is a control freak who loves to micro manage every aspect of the business… and in doing so, she is doing a terrible job. She is very unprofessional, unethical and manipulative and has no qualifications or business acumen to run the business. She is a lonely and vindictive person who gets sadistic pleasure in insulting and bullying her staff and making their lives miserable. Many employees are having health issues due to the hostile environment created by this horrible person.

Cons

Like with any new role, there’s been a learning curve in getting familiar with new systems and processes. Adjusting to a different way of doing things always takes a bit of time. That said, the resources and support from teammates have been excellent, making the transition much smoother and helping me get up to speed quickly.
