The future is looking pretty bright for EI - Leadership Employment Innovations Employee Review

      Pros

Culture and strategy are driven from the top with the EI leadership team working as a tight unit to pull all the right levers for scalable growth. The products are developed with client needs in mind, as such retention and advocacy are high for the business. Culture is a big focus with EI retaining a startup feel, operating a casual office with flexible working across all roles. Craft beer on Fridays, fruit, PT and yoga sessions, wellness programs, career progression plans and a no-politics policy makes it a great place to work.

      Cons

No company is perfect, but nothing stands out as a major negative for EI.

Passed 2 interviews with a board of Education , waiting for HR to communicate but I don’t know how long it takes to wait and when I should give up and move on?? It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve done the 2 nd interview.

Is it bad interview etiquette to ask about salary expectations WHEN the recruiter fails to bring that up in our screener? I did it so we could ensure alignment and the recruiter said she ‘usually waits to do that after the first call’ 🙄
