Long working hours - especially for Consultant / Senior Consultant level.

Very smart (but also personable and funny) coworkers, learning is encouraged, engaging projects across a wide range of industries, opportunity to grow into different specialization, accomplishments are applauded and recognized, people are encouraging rather than competitive.

The workload can be high at times. The PTO is limited compared to what I've had elsewhere.
