I loved working for this company. I am a strong and talented merchant with a real strength in product development and this job allowed me a great deal of freedom with respect to showcasing my abilities in these arenas. I enjoyed working with my team mates and the other members of the buying department and particularly enjoyed working directly with the CEO and owner who is a real product person himself.

When I moved to Los Angeles and switched from being VP Merchandising to just buying and designing product from the LA market for the Canadian stores it became increasingly difficult to do so given the terrible exchange rate of the Canadian dollar, Indeed, eventually we had to stop the arrangement entirely as buying product made in LA was no longer viable at all.

Views of the ballpark, tasty drinks, being outdoors. If there were guidelines in place for upkeep, it would be such a beautiful bar.

Lack of: management, cleanliness, structure, desire to bring in new clientele. Guests are not allowed to order food upstairs and must walk down several hallways and staircases to order food. A system could easily be put in place to resolve this issue and though the owners said they would, after more than a year there nothing had happened. One of the owners made several inappropriate comments to myself and other female staff.
