High impact work environment, but pay and benefits lag - Operations Analyst Frazil Employee Review

Frazil is very family focused, great atmosphere, fun place to work but also very rewarding work and has great oppurtunities. The products are top tier flavors! I have been here for 5 years, and I love coming into work every day and seeing the friendly faces. This company rewards their employees unlike any company I have worked for in the past! Aside from the people, the work we do is also great with our Vendors and Customers.

Of course, the work can be difficult sometimes just from a business perspective, but I will tell you that I have not one con to say about Frazil! I love it here!

Frazil is a perfect company for someone looking to be stretched, grow your skills, and learn from a winning culture. Frazil figures it out with an innovative culture constantly looking to improve.

Frazil plays hard, but they work hard to get there. Sometimes it can be a grind with ambiguous challenges while the company grows. Its a fit for people who crave that fast pace, but if that's not your style, think twice.
