I don’t even know where to start. This place is managed by the worst , most unprofessional people ever. Drama 24/7, rumors spread about everyone and it’s literally a high school in an office. All young girls who are in competition with one another. Always trying to find the next person to get in trouble. Unreasonable expectations and goals. Director left to a different state, one of the managers is disliked by plenty by her work ethic. A MESS! All they do is micromanage. No room for growth. HR doesn’t care about its employees one bit. A business that calls themselves “a family”. Truly run.
