I worked at this company for many years and found the work environment to be highly toxic. Long-term employees held significant influence and often treated newer staff in a dismissive and hostile manner. Instead of support or mentorship, there was frequent intimidation, gossip, and a lack of basic professionalism. Management appeared aware of these dynamics but did not take meaningful action to address them, allowing the behavior to continue. This culture negatively impacted morale and made it difficult for employees to feel valued or safe speaking up. While the job itself may appeal to some, I would caution anyone who values a respectful and supportive workplace.

It was a valuable experience in learning how they respond to macroeconomic pressure and private equity dynamics. However, revenue over culture priorities made long-term stability difficult for many employees.
