KRÜSS sells very good instruments and products but I can not recommend it as an employer to anyone I respect. If you want to work for a company that neither gives you feedback nor a review, then go to work there. If you want to work for a company that fires you the same day without a notice, then go to work there. What happened with me there is bizarre, they recruited and hired me from a stable job (my mistake to join). I was terminated after 6 months and all of their management team wouldn't give me the reason for the termination. They didn't have the guts to talk to me. This, in my opinion, shows me two things, their lack of leadership skills and their inability to manage. They have a culture of hiring old friends. Be prepared to never get a phone call back from anyone in the management team and run around in circles trying to find answers or help. The chief financial officer told me that I should let the German owner know about the practices of the management team here in the USA. RED FLAG! They will lie to you about being a safe environment and their friendly company culture, don't fall for that. Save yourself the hassle and find a much better place to work for. No 401K for the first year. No FSA or dependent care account. You don't earn anymore PTO more than what you were hired with.
