The people are what makes the company. - Boutique company - Stays in their lane and excels at what they do really well. Doesn't try to do too much.

- Health benefits are not great - Don't always have the tools to do the job. Few licenses for certain software, or not most current versions, tough to get premium versions, etc. - Possibility to be sent to the field on short notice for up to weeks at a time. Tough for home life. But typically happens during the field season so it can be predictable.
