      - Culture - people trust each other and you are given creative freedom - Projects - most customers and projects are internacional - Career Progression - you really have a career plan and advising, something I didn't find before in other companies - Company - it's international but acts local which is a major deferentiator - Senior Management - they are open and above it all, they act as a reference. They lead by Example - Country Manager - Fair and involved. His name is Eduardo Coreixo, and everything I was promised, he made sure the company delivered. The right person for the job - Salaries - clearly above national average

      Cons

      - Company growth has made the immediate needs from the employees not so urgent. Still always get answers in less then 24h, so we always manage
