Don’t trust this company - MRT L&E Research Employee Review

-Poor rate of pay for the work you are required to do. -Company doesn’t care about their employees. Does shady things like asking their part time employees to donate to a charity around Christmas but doesn’t match donations and puts the employees donations in their name for the tax write off. (Not joking) -Terrible HR and ridiculous systems of tracking employee data -Management is treated much differently from other employees and anyone who’s not senior management is treated as expendable. -No real benefits of any kind.
