Upper management often demonstrated a serious lack of integrity in their business dealing with suppliers and customers. Management does not value their workforce, they treat employees as a tool for their financial gain.

Friendly people. Decent benefits. It’s own Health clinic for only employees.

There are at least 5 languages spoken in every manufacturing facility which makes training and communicating very hard. They have a high turnover rate over for hourly employees. They are the lowest paying in the area for manufacturing. They do not value their long term employees. The only people who are valued work at the corporate office. Not the same place that it used to be. Unless you are a man, chances are slim you will ever have a management position there.
