Really bad - Customer Service Moj-eRačun Employee Review

Atmosphere in the office was terrible, all the managers were bosses' friends, if you don't agree with something you get hated on, literally forcing people to stay after work on "educations" making it a total of 10 hours in the office? And I have to say my boss (CTO) was a person with zero communication skills, it's incredibly hard to learn anything from him. Maybe he has the knowledge but he definitely doesn't know how to pass it on. Terrible experience here. Salary was also a problem. Mobbing all the time
