Inconsistency from corporate management about policy and operations. The rules apply to some but not all. They make you use your phone for work related purposes without paying for it. Bully's and shames everyone at the store level when sales are not being made, in front of peers and subordinates, definitely a hostile working environment. Labor laws are being violated on a consistent basis. Almost no room for advancement within the company if you want something beyond a Store management position. Little to no training when hired. You could go months with out receiving supplies such as toilet paper, trash bags, receipt tape, bags etc and would have to pay out of pocket for them and at times would not be reimbursed. I had to bring paper, trash bags, pens and cleaning supplies from home because they would not approve for you to be reimbursed. Unless you are homeless and starving stay away.

The store employees are amazing and friendly to work with

Upper management(corp) does not care about the store level employees..no matter how much hard work or dedication you show,it's never good enough..no raises are given. No support from upper management team. Blamed for things out of your control. No balance of work and life. Your days off are still spent figuring out things in the store. Employees who are not personally liked by upper management,do not get promotions or are targeted even though they do their job. No compensation for any extra work done. Not even a thank you. The list is endless
