loved looking after the residents, and getting to know the families. some staff were great to work with
Cons
no enough staff for shifts, so couldnt look after the residents the way we are supposed to. no team work. some staff shouldnt be working in the place. too many people thinking they are the boss. shocking place to work at if you value your career do not work for opal aged care
