1:1 40 minute sessions for everybody
Cons
Up to 8 evals per day (4-7 daily was very normal), with numerous occasions of being booked 3 and 4 evals all back to back with zero documentation time built into the schedule; I was given some documentation slots towards the end because I fought for them. EMR is terrible and not user friendly at all with minimum time required to write a good eval at least 12 minutes (type at 70 words per minute). In my region for the company, they had a ton of turnover of PT's (not sure why, but have my opinions). I've been told that other locations don't have this type of environment, so it could just be region dependent, but I have zero interest in recommending this company to a single person.
