I have not seen that much of pros as there was less work for IT employees but the environment was good.

One thing I like the most about Pranathi is that even though they maintain hierarchy, the management never disrespects anyone, regardless of their role and designation. I have seen office assistants getting the same treatment as any senior-level employee.

Fun activities are organized only on special occasions.
