Pretty good culture - Hospitality Manager Puttshack Employee Review

Always a good crowd, free lunch

Too much staff standing around so it can be a bit stacked with employees hanging around the bar doing nothing while im trying to work

Coworkers were nice Kitchen is gorgeous

Head chef Ahmed is condescending, unwilling to help, and overall rude. I was promised 40 hours a week when I was hired and encouraged to quit my other job, when I did they started scheduling 5 hours a week if I was lucky. When brought up multiple times with Ahmed I was assured that soon I would be scheduled more and encouraged not to get another job. I then was suspended from Hot schedules (which I had to pay 2.99 for) so I was unable to contact any management or see my schedule. I was never reprimanded nor given any paperwork of termination. I also lost access to my ADP account and had to go in to beg for a paper W-2. Every time I come in to inquire about my status of employment nobody that can answer my questions seems to be in.
