- Spa management is one large clique of women who look down on everyone, and like to gossip about anything and everything instead of working. - From this management team, two in particular are obsessed with watching your every move on the CCTV. 5 minutes late to work? That's 15 minutes deducted from your pay. However, spa management can have a 45 minute break instead of their allocated 30 because they're above everyone else. Yet does that extra 15 minutes also get docked from their pay? Of course not. -Because of being treated like children, the staff turnover rate is so high in the spa that there is never any structured rota. Your shift can change the day of, because yet another person has quit and you are required to cover their shift as well as your own.
