Hostile work enviroment. Constant fear of being threatened and yelled at. Office politics and drama run rampant. No raises. No bonuses. No appreciation for employees. Constant bullying and micromanaging. Highly stressful. No reward/appreciation for hard work or accomplishments. Basic disregard for employees wellbeing and mental state. Will let clients yell and mistreat staff. "If you don't like it then leave" mentality.
