Fun job but management is constantly changing - Bartender The Legend at Bergamont Employee Review

This is my second summer season that I am working at The Legend at Bergamont. Its a really good schedule for college kids especially if you go to college out of state. You have a place to come back to work in the summers since it is seasonal. I really like the managers and the management style. They are very fair to employees and care if you are happy. It is really a good work environment and most of the employees get along really well and are willing to help you.

This is seasonal and the days that are busy can vary. Management wont accept if you are not reliable or pulling your own weight but this is good for the employees that do. Management has employees learn all positions and rotate positions to be more fair to all the employees so if you are looking to just be serving on the drink cart then you will have to work in other positions too.
