to mcuh presuree to get accounts all the time never ends. to much people leaving

meeting new people and having regulars, travel time was decent depending on where you had to go

no phones on hand, expected to wear color coded clothes to match with bank’s color schemes but the company expected you to buy them with your own money, terrible raises, feels like walking on eggshells constantly, was expected to work sundays for certain branches, was told the first week of started that “turnover rate was high”…, some managers shouldn’t have been promoted, ppto and sick time sucked, so my coworkers lost out, don’t add out of state branches to regional managers who can’t even take care of the branches closes to them, worked here for 6 months and lost my entire branch within a month before i quit, and was expected to pull all my weight for goal
