Plenty of cons unfortunately. The coordinators aren't the same quality as they used to be. They do not care about the health care professional. Poor communication, emails go unresponded and little to no follow up. The biggest problem and hence why I moved on was the increasing lack of shifts. Little to no shifts available, a late call up if you're lucky. No bookings in advance as they used to have. Contracts are very few and far between. I was with YNA for several years and it was very disappointing to see how terrible the situation ended up.
