Long hours unpaid. No death in service. No loyalty from line manager. No core values setting out expectations. Poor training. Customer is always right enginners treated like crap due to. No sick pay should be it be needed. No communication from line manager to support until too late. Looking to leave as not truth at interview stage 3 years ago. Too much admin. Md doesn't care, keep money rolling focus. No guiding principles / core values just lack of respect that is spread though the company. Poor planing sometimes vindictive, coments like take time off get screwed. No communication for planed jobs far a field as agreed. Management arrogant with won't listen to feedback attitude. Constant battle environment. Do as told management attitude. 4 nights a month contractually without away payment. Customer always looking for something free due to service costs high. Managers will always give customer freebies and blame every engineer for faults reported to justify the customer complaints, sending the wrong signal to customer also that encourages bad blood within the organisation. Poor working environment for a family business.
