Cons
A company that is completely tone death to the Latino community they once represented so well. After almost 7 years, leadership uses the excuse of being a start up to cover up a lack of process, leadership and vision present in a successful company of 7 years. As an employee, you're completely disposable with multiple restructures needed to balance the books (inclusive of senior management) and appear stable again (all Band-Aids to the real problems). Company culture is non existent, a toxic work environment, constantly drowning in work. Benefits suck. Unlimited PTO = Guilt trip to take time off and no payout when you leave. Leadership constantly throws the good of the community to guilt employees into neglecting burnout and personal needs. With this good of the community guilt, the company does nothing to serve the Latino community beyond aligning brands to them.
