Pros

Culture: Family-like work envirnmenet from your local team to the owner of the company! They invest blood, sweat, and tears in every employee. No bad apples in this company. You will love your job! Charles Tope, Paul, and Mark-VP of Sales have an amazing leadership style that allows you the room to grow on your terms. Best company I have ever worked for.

Cons

The commission structure and salary were not agreeable. This put much stress on my shoulders as I had little hope of ever making enough to survive.

Pros

Work environment Work colleagues Ability to give work to applicants who pass the recruitments. Team Bonding

Cons

If I had to say anything about a con, it would only be the 2 hour drive to Employnet's HQ in Monterey for onboarding and in depth training by the Hq team. (I did enjoy my day trip for training. Met the entire team (HR, Payroll, Marketing, IT, National Recruiters, Bossman himself). Food was great and the commute is paid for, which was an added bonus.
