Pros
The best part of working for Empulse is the team. We work well together and have fun. Management is AMAZING at listening to ideas and giving them fair thought. Everyone's input is highly valued and everyone works together to make Empulse a great place to work.
Cons
Often times the recruiting/staffing industry gets a bad reputation, and it can be a negative at times. At Empulse everyone works extremely hard to change those negative perceptions through exceptional, quality service. The pay can start out low, but with a top notch commission structure those who work hard will be rewarded with a great paycheck.

Pros
Plenty of say in the process and structure of the company. Management listens to new ideas and employees opinions. Good base salary and commission compared to other staffing agencies. Work/life balance.
Cons
There is a ton of industry competition. Work can get tedious and monotonous.
