      Small Company with big goals

      Pros

      Friendly and ambitious people. Small company, no redundant parts. People want to do as much as they can to help grow the company and get recognition.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t understand the engineering side very well. They think it’s some kind of magic box that works on a formula. Hesitation to invest in product development and testing.

      - Good, smart people at all levels - CEO cares about his people very much - Constantly trying to improve themselves both in knowledge and technology - Always coming up with new products and not sticking with just one thing - May be small but is getting more work than bigger companies

      Cons

      - Can sometimes be a reactive and not proactive, but they are improving on this every year - HR needs a little improvement
