Solid company with strong family values

Pros

This company is great to its employees. There is strong leadership on the production floor and great technical knowledge in the Quality and Engineering departments. Initially as a new employee I spent time with a trainer getting to know the organization and the work that I would be doing. The company mentioned that they would hire me in direct after 30 days with a contract agency. They kept their word and I am now a full time member of the organization.

Cons

The company is still in start up mode, at times you experience the growing pains with starting new projects.

Great company culture with work/life balance

Pros

They are a family run company, with strong family values. They genuinely care about the well being of their employees and recognize the importance of work/life balance. As Seventh Day Adventists, they observe the Sabbath, so no work is to be completed from sunset Friday to sunset Saturday. In the winter months, Friday hours are adjusted to honor that. The company promotes health and wellness by offering discounted rates to an athletic club in town and also enforces a strict no-tobacco policy. They have a great company culture with a very dedicated and committed management team. Employees are not micro managed.

Cons

Energetx is still considered a start up company. With any start up company, there are kinks to workout. Their management team is working their hardest to secure new business for continued success.
