Pros
Nice and "value culture" on the surface.
Cons
They do not value their employees in terms of compensation or their ideas. They are not good at giving feedback nor receiving feedback that may go against something leadership believes. Leadership is not open to change and do not practice their own marketing efforts that they do for their clients to promote their business. When asked for opportunities for long-term growth in my role, I was consistently met with not knowing the path forward and ad-libbed ideas to expand a little bit of the work I was already doing, but nothing that seemed like long term growth for years to come. They will give you positive feedback for weeks then out of nowhere decide to let you go. Do not trust this employer.

Energy Circle has been an amazing place to work. The team members are good people who display an optimistic attitude every single day and are very easy to collaborate with. The company has good values and takes care of its employees. People work with purpose and management ensures that all team members feel valued in their role.
Cons
I have no cons to share -- Energy Circle has been the highlight of my career to date.
