      The owner of the company genuinely cared deeply about everybody at the company I was fortunate enough to work on a tightly knit team of excellent people who were very supportive for many years

      Do what you say and say what you do. This is no smoke-and-mirrors software company.

      It's a fairly small company so upward growth opportunities are somewhat limited, especially since there is little turnover.
