you are surrounded by great people that treat you like family. Kept us on board and busy during the O&G downturn. Take our opinions into consideration and try to place you somewhere within the company that fits your skillset.

Cons

Not much from my experience. I came in at an entry level role and they built me up in just a matter of a few years. Salary negotiations can be a bit tough but if you make your case then they usually will honor.
