great people. big global client. competitive salaries. nice offices. for the most part you're not crushed by the work load.
Cons
management is nonexistent. agency has no traction with its largest client thus agency is pushed around and can't find its creative voice. or the client's for that matter.

Cool office Nice people for the most part Easy job (doesn't take much brain capacity) Some flexibility in work/life balance, depending on who your boss is

One single client, so work becomes monotonous Promotion is based on how well you kiss @#$ No raises or recognition Seniority means nothing Disorganized and management has NO clout
