I've recently joined the Engaged Nation team and had an immediate feeling of acceptance into the company. I felt fully supported from day one in learning my job duties. Expectations for my performance were tailored to my knowledge level which has increased dramatically due to the support of my fellow employees and encouragement of the management team. As we gain new accounts the workload is increasing but is never overwhelming due to the company's emphasis on teamwork. That philosophy puts the focus on consistently creating quality products for our customers. It's an amazing feeling to be a part of all of the innovative ideas I've seen in the short time I've been with Engaged Nation. I am excited to be part of this amazing team as we continue to push the envelope and explore new horizons for digital marketing.
