The benefits are great. Best healthcare plan every, 13 holidays. 15 vaca days (20 after 5 years). Can do work the way I want to without being yanked around or micro-managed. Hybrid work environment, work remotely most days.
Cons
Management has changed. You may see some negative reviews from 1 to 3 years ago. The dust is settling. Things are on the right track now.
Not really a con, it depend on your attitude but it's a small company so you need to roll up your sleeves and take care of whatever needs to be done as you aren't going to have a huge team of many players on any project to help you. Sometimes times that's more a blessing.
