From the top of management to every person that works with us, we are each very interested in taking care of each other, our clients, and producing great products that have a good influence on the world. The focus on building and maintaining healthy relationships, and designing quality products make this my favorite job I have had. The diversity of interesting work is very nice, and keeps me interested and learning.
Cons
We are constantly trying to improve our shortcomings. I am most interested in improving the following over the next year: Our on-boarding and training processes and information so that we can help folks get going without expecting too much. Better templates and tools to help us work more efficiently.
