Really great work environment in my approx 4yr experience. Everyone there are smart, talented and aspirational. My favorite one was the bi-weekly team sync that everybody shares knowledge about their expertise. The culture of "improve together" and always friendly vibe were something I really enjoyed and appreciated.

Cons

Nothing major to me, occasional over-time work if i need to say. But that is kind of industry trait.

Working at Engine will 10x your career through a high velocity of work and responsibility. The bar for quality is quite high made possible through a strong internal agile process. Engine has an impressive portfolio of clients and continues to push smart, innovative solutions. The culture within the company is the best I've ever seen.

Cons

Although employee retention is much better than most agencies, Engine can not offer the same competitive compensation as other companies.
