flexible time, you can come late leave late, come early leave early, day offs are giving without questioning you. tons of bonus programs that will boost up your income. if they see you are working hard they will give you a good raise.
Cons
parking spot for men is all the way around the corner of the building, while women can park right in front of the office. in winter time men feel cold weather too you know! we are not weather proof.
