Pros

Organized workplace and workflow, with open cross-departmental communication throughout Entefy. Open door policy to the founders and all teams. Great pay and transparency throughout the organization. Freedom to develop your own ideas and procedures and with an honest work-life balance. The company provides high-end quality equipment to work with. Entefy has truly talented individuals so you have many opportunities to learn from them. There’s always something new to learn week after week. The management doesn't hire just anyone, so the team consists of the best in the industry.

Cons

It is hard to find or think of one. The only one I could maybe think of is there's always much to accomplish for a small team. I don't mind the challenge, but it may not be for everyone.
