      Strong leadership. Strong client relationships. Strong corporate culture, values, and sense of interdependence. Strong rewards designed to maximize everyone's success. Strong work-life balance and employee retention. Nimble response to the pandemic.

      Cons

      Women and BIPOC appear in the places you'd expect them to be in a small, founder-led tech company that's recruited through personal networking for 20 years: hardly anywhere, and mostly behind the scenes.

      Pros

      Amazing management team, more family than employer. They give you full autonomy to build and cover your area of responsibility. Always looking for new ideas. Extremely supportive of staff, even spanning to personal life challenges. Honestly the best place I've ever worked.

      Cons

      You need to be entrepreneurial and "own" your stuff. Not really a con, just how it works there.
