Pros
Some of the best reasons were the freedom to act as a professional and perform the duties I was hired for. I was given multiple opportunities to demonstrate my equipment support and dedication. During my employment there, I participated in company growth and the beginning stages of diversification into other facets within the Vendor support / Refurbishment realms. This period was quite rewarding and now the company has persevered so that they are poised well for their private niche in the refurbishment industry.
Cons
At times there was an unclear vision of which direction the management wanted to follow for proper growth. Management tried to grow the company too quickly and made what appeared to be some unsound business acquisitions of other companies and equipment resulting in the need for reductions in force.
