      Pros

      A growing company, re-energized within the last 12 months with an almost entirely new staff. You are in command of your own business, and are free to make decisions or engage in conversation about the direction of the company without fear of reprisal. A new office in April, 2019 has led to a comfortable, open working environment. Upper management does not lock themselves away and enables freedom of consciousness and values opinions.

      Cons

      Not the best place to work if you are not a self-starter, or if you require constant direction.
