      Encourage personal development. Client satisfaction not only with customers, but also with colleagues. Flat culture, employees are always allowed to express their opinion

      Cons

      Always requires ambition. High pressure, always requires a specific work plan for at least the next 3 months, the to-do list must be ready in the next 3 weeks.
